We provide as much on-site support as you need and hold weekly drop-in sessions so there remains full access to a face to face HR person for all employees.
We fully understand the demands on the role of the Headteacher and the demands of this role continue to grow. Our outsourced HR offering is there to make the role of the Headteacher easier, to ensure the Academy or MAT is efficient, effective and compliant in the management of it’s people and to provide employees access to the HR advice they need.
