The Optimal team have worked in the field of Human Resources, Recruitment and Organisational Development for well over 20 years across a wide range of sectors. Many of the team have fulfilled both permanent and Interim roles at Board level in PLCs, SMEs and PE backed business, as well as working in other HR Outsourcing & Recruitment Consultancy’s and have an expert understanding of how good quality HR advice, Recruitment & OD provision can contribute to the commercial success of any organisation.

Having this level of expertise also enables the Optimal team to fully understand the commercial challenges organisations face on a day to day basis when trying to build a good, profitable business but ensuring its sustainability through the robust management of its workforce. Large HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development & OD teams are expensive and can often add significant cost.

Based in the beautiful Yorkshire village of Rishworth on the M62 corridor and just 25 miles from both Leeds and Manchester, we are very well located to provide support to organisations of all sizes within the Yorkshire and Lancashire regions.

The Optimal team consist of fully qualified and highly experienced professionals, most of whom have worked with the Managing Director Mel previously, and supported her on various interim, outsourcing or consultancy projects and initiatives for many years.

Our aim is to provide good quality, practical support at affordable prices. We value long term relationships but without necessarily needing to tie employers into long term contracts full of other services they don’t necessarily need. We want to learn a Clients business, their products, services and their needs to provide them with solid support on value add initiatives.
