I joined Optimal in January 2020 to progress my career in HR. My main focus is HR administration, specifically on the processing of administration tasks on our HR and Rota systems for our clients.
I graduated in Human Resources Management and have over 4 years of HR related experience. I started of as HR Trainee assistant and worked my way up to a HR supervisor and then to a HR Officer. I am an organised highly efficient person who enjoys interacting with other people and can adapt to any environment.
I have worked for many organisations within the HR Department.
During my journey I have also trained in Safer Recruitment.
