Course Description

This course looks at the different reflective models and learning styles.

What is reflective practice in the context of the workplace?

The course also describes the three parts to reflective practice and uses Kolb’s learning theory to illustrate four concepts about reflective practice. What tools can you use to assess your performance in the workplace?

The module describe the process of appraisal and how you can use this to incorporate your reflective practice, as well as using constructive feedback to further develop your learning opportunities.

Learning Objectives
On completion of this course, learners will:

  • Have an understanding of how to reflect on work activities
  • Have an understanding of how to develop own knowledge and understanding.

Duration
This course will take approximately 30 minutes to complete, depending on learning speed.
