The Optimal HR Team will be running a series of four weekly HR Best Practice Webinars starting on Wednesday 23rd November designed for HR Professionals and Business Managers with HR responsibilities which will look at the structure of employment law and how it applies to the practical element of managing the employment relationship with employees.
The Webinars will be delivered by Optimal`s in-house solicitor, Matthew Brain, and our HR Consultant Helen Murphy, and will have a particular focus on common legal risks and potential legal claims.
Each webinar will last for 1 hour on the following dates and times;
Wednesday 23rd November – 9.30 a.m. Overview of the Basic Employment Law Landscape.
Wednesday 30th November – 9.30 a.m. The Essentials of Unfair Dismissal law.
Wednesday 7th December – 9.30 a.m. Fundamental Concepts of Discrimination law.
Wednesday 14th December – 9.30 a.m. Common Issues – working within the law.
