Our client is widely regarded as a top 100 law firm and operates under various brands across the UK.  They are a ‘top ranked law firm’ as awarded to us by leading legal directory Chambers and Partners and are a ‘Leading firm’ in the Legal 500. 

Due to expansion, we are looking for a commercial litigation solicitor to join their team based in Waterlooville, Hampshire. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of three years’ post qualification experience ideally but will consider candidates outside of this PQE. 

The Role Your role will involve the following responsibilities:-

  • Running a caseload of commercial litigation matter
  • Advising on property, contractual and shareholder disputes and professional negligence matters
  • Advocacy when required
  • Helping the team build up on the excellent reputation already established and help to develop the offering;
  • Have aptitude for business development
  • Provide excellent standard of client care and be able to manage client expectations

Senior Corporate Solicitor


Our progressive and reputable client require an experienced and knowledgeable solicitor for their Corporate Department to be based at their Waterlooville office. 

The successful candidate will ideally have extensive experience of corporate work and have excellent business development skills. 

The ideal candidate will be a hardworking individual and will be an integral part of the Corporate Commercial team. The role is a varied and challenging position. 

The ideal candidate will: 

· Run their own caseload autonomously. 

· Provide advice to clients on a variety of corporate law issues. 

· Draft documents, i.e., cross option agreements, shareholders agreements, etc. 

· Liaise with clients and other professionals.

Private Client Solicitor

Our Client, a top 100 law firm is seeking a Lawyer/Solicitor to work within a well-established Private Client Department at their offices in Waterlooville, Hampshire.

We are ideally looking for an individual who will thrive in a challenging and varied role, quickly becoming a valued and integral part of the Trusts and Estates team. 

Ideally you will have the following relevant skills and experience:

  • Be a lawyer/solicitor with 7 years PQE+
  • Be experienced in the full range of probate related matters. Including inheritance tax issues, trusts and the drafting of trust documents
  • Be technically competent with a wide range of experience in private client matters
  • Have excellent rapport building skills, client management and client care skills
  • Have a proactive approach to business development
  • Be a member of STEP (this is desirable, not essential)
