Summary

Due to expansion, our client is looking for a commercial litigation solicitor to join the team based at our Shrewsbury office. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years’ post qualification experience ideally.

The Role

Your role will involve the following responsibilities:-

• Running a caseload of commercial litigation matter
• Advising on property, contractual and shareholder disputes and professional negligence matters
• Advocacy when required

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to day to day queries

• Preparing and submitting forms

Our well-respected client is looking for a commercial litigation paralegal to join their team based at the ever expanding Shrewsbury office.  The successful candidate will be supporting the clients disputes team and will be assisting with a mixed caseload. 

As the ideal candidate, you will be educated to Degree level or equivalent, but demonstrable experience in the professional workplace will be considered in lieu of this.

A great opportunity has arisen for a dispute resolution solicitor or legal executive to join the Client’s niche law firm based in the centre of Shrewsbury/Telford. 

The Role:

The role involves dealing with contested residential and commercial leasehold matters, acting for large and medium sized organisations across the country within the Property Management Sector. 

The ideal candidate will provide advice and assistance on a diverse range of leasehold and freehold litigation matters with varying degrees of complexity, together with supporting junior team members and paralegals.  

The successful candidate must have the ability to multi-task and prioritise, working to strict deadlines and targets. They will have experience of running their own caseload in a fast paced environment and be willing to take on new challenges to develop their experience.
